Merchant Data: When a merchant installs the Service, we receive access to certain Shopify store data via Shopify's APIs, including store name, owner name, email address, physical address, and store locale. This information is used for billing and administrative purposes.
Order & Product Metadata: We process limited information related to Shopify orders (such as Order ID and item properties) to properly attach and manage gang sheet links.
End-User (Customer) Content: We process images, artwork, and design files uploaded by your customers solely for the purpose of creating gang sheets.
Mandatory Webhooks: We receive and process mandatory Shopify webhooks related to data erasure requests (GDPR) and shop uninstalls to ensure timely data deletion.

3. No Usage for AI/ML Training

In compliance with Shopify's Partner terms, we explicitly state that we do not use Merchant Data or Customer Content (including uploaded images) to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models without your explicit, separate written consent.

4. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

Operate and improve the Pro Transfers Builder functionality.
Enable automated file preparation and Shopify order syncing.
Process payments through the Shopify Billing API.
Comply with Shopify’s mandatory compliance and data protection requirements.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data. Images and gang sheets are stored on encrypted cloud servers (provided by Railway and AWS). We practice data minimization and automatically purge customer images 30 days after the associated order is completed, or upon the merchant uninstalling the application.

6. Data Subject Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your location, we provide the following rights to all users:

Right to Erasure: You may request that we delete your personal data. We comply with all Shopify "Customer Data Erasure" webhooks within the required timeframe.
Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data to third parties.

7. Sharing of Information

We share information only with trusted service providers necessary for Service operation (e.g., cloud hosting and Shopify's own infrastructure). We do not share data with third-party advertisers.
