That store gives us three things software teams rarely get: proof that an upload rule works, proof that it fails loudly enough, and a short feedback loop when a Shopify line item and a print file drift apart.
What we ship first (and what we defer)
We ship intake and layout fixes before cosmetic changes. If staff rebuild sheets by hand because counts are wrong, auto-nesting improvements beat a new dashboard color. If customers email screenshots because upload rules are unclear, clearer validation beats another export format.
We defer features that sound impressive but do not reduce reprints or layout time. AI upscaling helps only when it sits inside a workflow operators already trust, not as a separate place to check art.

How we decide a release is ready
Before a Pro Transfers Builder release ships, we ask three questions from the Formulated Prints queue: Did this change remove a manual step? Did it catch a mistake earlier? Can production trace the sheet back to the order without email archaeology?
If the answer is no on any of those, the feature is not done. Print shops do not need more buttons. They need fewer ways for a good-looking file to become a bad press day.
